Train at Home

With at home personal training I travel to you at your home, garden, office or local outdoor space, you don’t need any exercise equipment as I bring it all to you along with a fantastic motivational workout.  This can be 1-2-1 or in a small group if you wanted to train with a friend.

What are the advantages of at home personal training? You can train in an environment where you are totally comfortable.  You do not have to pay a Gym Membership and you do not need to travel anywhere. You still benefit from expert guidance in your form and technique to reduce risk of injury.

1-2-1 Training

My 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions are dedicated to assisting you in achieving your goals. They can motivate, inspire, adapt, challenge and lead you to a healthier lifestyle.

We start with a 30 minute consultation to discuss your goals and current fitness levels, arrange a suitable schedule and location for your training sessions.

Group Training

I prefer to keep my personal training groups small to ensure the sessions do not become an exercise class and you receive some 1-2-1 attention. My group sessions are targeted for up to 3 people in a gym or 6 if training at home or outdoor space.

What are the advantages of group personal training? Most prominently, you can potentially save money as the cost is shared with the group. Working with a partner or small group can add to the motivation and can be a fun way to train, you encourage, support and sometimes get a little competitive with each other. 

What are the disadvantages of group personal training? You won’t get 100% attention from me. Group personal training does not replace 1-2-1 sessions but can be a great way to save money and have a good workout.  Goals will be generalised to the group e.g. “weight loss” “Tone up” and not to an individual’s exact requirement.

Do you work with beginners?
Yes 100%. I can cater workouts for everyone, any age, any shape. My workouts are 100% flexible. During your free consultation, I will find out what experience you have of training and take that into account when planning your sessions.
Do I have to go to a Gym to train?

Absolutely not, I appreciate that not everyone wants to go to a gym and I am happy to come to your home or local open space and train you.

How often should I train?

Generally speaking 3 times each week is enough to show results, although, the more you put in the more you get out of it. I’m not saying each time you train needs to be with me, this is up to you & your schedule.

Do you offer discounts for block bookings?

Yes I do, although due to the varied price of sessions I would need to know your specific needs to give you a quote, but I am happy to do block bookings of course.

Do I need a doctors certificate?

Before any physical training takes place I will ask you to complete a small medical Questionnaire. Depending on the details provided I may ask you to obtain a Doctors certificate.
